
I started my fitness journey in 2019, and it quickly became my greatest passion. I moved to a new country, learned a new language, and built a life from scratch — so I know firsthand what it takes to push through uncertainty and come out stronger on the other side.
In 2021, I committed fully to my calling and earned my NASM Personal Trainer, CrossFit L1, Assisted Stretching Specialist, NASM Stretching & Flexibility Specialist, and Pain-Free Performance Specialist certifications. And I'm still learning — because for me, education never stops.
At the heart of everything I do is this: fitness changed my life, and I'm here to help it change yours. My goal is to create a space where anyone — no matter where you're starting from — can find their strength, their community, and a deeper sense of who they are.
